Different AI employees can bring different perspectives to the same business challenge.
In Part 8 of the Veridata demonstration, we create a senior leadership group containing the COO, CEO, and Head of Data Operations.
We then give the three employees a common operational objective and allow them to explore their ideas together.
Watch the video above to see Part 8 of the Veridata AI company demonstration in action.
We click New.
We name the group:
Veridata Leadership Group
We then add:
We click Create.
The leadership group is now ready.
We ask the three senior employees to develop ideas for increasing:
Speed, efficiency, and quality of operations without increasing costs.
All three employees therefore work toward the same objective.
However, each employee approaches the problem from its own role.
Each agent employee comes up with its own unique contributions.
The COO may approach the challenge from an operational perspective.
The CEO can consider the broader company objective.
The Head of Data Operations can focus on information and data-related considerations.
These individual contributions give us several different approaches to the same problem.
After reviewing the individual responses, we click Discuss.
This allows the employees to discuss ways to increase speed, efficiency, and quality.
The purpose is to move beyond three isolated answers.
The employees can now explore the ideas together.
As the discussion continues, employees can respond to ideas raised by the other participants.
They can expand on recommendations, consider alternative approaches, and build upon the available information.
The final output brings together well-researched answers and thoughtful analysis from all three employees.
The combined perspective produces a broader and richer response.
The Veridata Leadership Group's combined discussion, comparing pre-validation, auto-dedup, and smart templates.
This workflow demonstrates how AI collaboration can be structured around a specific business objective.
Instead of asking one AI employee to solve a problem alone, several senior employees can contribute according to their roles.
The group can then discuss the available ideas.
The value of this workflow comes partly from the different roles represented in the group.
A CEO, COO, and Head of Data Operations do not necessarily look at an operational problem in exactly the same way.
Bringing them together gives Veridata several perspectives within one workflow.
There are two stages in this workflow.
First, each employee provides its own contribution.
Second, the employees discuss the ideas together.
This allows Veridata to compare individual thinking before producing a more comprehensive combined result.
